Jural boost
We are convinced that innovation must be privileged as a source of progress.
The activity of Walloon innovative start-ups is hampered by various constraints. Among them, the management of legal and administrative matters is still an obstacle to the growth of our companies.
Creactivity, the IP/IT department of Lexing, has therefore developed the jural boost program for innovative startups less than two years old. The jural boost is a subscription giving you access to the services of a specialized lawyer for six months.
The subscription entitles you to four hours of legal advice per month, and is available at a rate of €250 per month (i.e. €62.5 per hour).
The additional hours (the months where the volume of work would exceed four hours) and the hours provided during the six months following this first collaboration, would be invoiced at a preferential rate of €125 HTVA.
Incubator support
Creactivity supports the following startup incubators:
the VentureLab
the TRAKK
the Smart Me Up Challenge
Members of the department are regular speakers at the Café numérique and members of Réseau Entreprendre.
Templates and bundles
Lexing also offers you packages and contracts at a fixed and advantageous price.
Alan Turing Award
Apply for the Alan Turing award and receive a Jural boost for one year!
The Lexing law firm is offering legal advice worth €6,000 excluding VAT. This exceptional prize will be offered to the company whose project will be considered as particularly remarkable by a jury of personalities.
The accounting firm Belfisco is partnering with Lexing to offer financial advice for the establishment of a business plan or the monitoring of an accounting period of the company created to develop the project, worth € 2,500 excluding VAT.
The Alan Turing Award is reserved for innovative Walloon companies that are less than three years old and have fewer than 25 employees.
During a dedicated evening, the participating companies will each be invited to present, in less than 300 seconds, their innovative business project (a written file having already been sent) to a jury.
The innovative character of the project, its economic potential, its social utility and its legal complexity will be evaluated to award the prize. At the end of the evening, a winner will be chosen.
